Position: Analog IC Design Engineer （DC-DC）
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participation in defining the specifications of high voltage/low power consumption DC-DC and other related products;
2. Responsible for circuit design, simulation and verification of DC-DC products;
3. Layout plan of DC-DC products;
4. Participation in writing technical documents as datasheets, application notes, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Majored in microelectronics or related, Master degree or above plus 3 years of working experience in IC design; Bachelor degree with relative DC-DC design experience (high voltage/low power consumption DC-DC is a plus) eligible to apply;
2. Proficient in DC-DC Topology and loop compensation design;
3. Design experience in low offset voltage operational amplifier preferred;
4. Having a good command of related circuit design software, familiar with layout design and knowing about high voltage BCD process;
5. Good communication, proactive working attitude and ability to be in charge of a project independently;
6. Good English skills in listening, oral, reading and writing; Oversea working experience preferred.
模擬IC設計師（DC-DC）
崗位職責：1、參與高壓、低功耗DC-DC及相關產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格定義；
2、負責DC-DC產(chǎn)品線路設計、仿真和驗證；
3、負責DC-DC產(chǎn)品版圖規(guī)劃；
4、參與Datasheet及Application Note等技術文檔的撰寫。
崗位要求：
1、微電子及相關專業(yè)碩士以上學歷并具3年以上集成電路設計工作經(jīng)驗，有DC-DC相關設計經(jīng)驗者（高壓DC-DC/低功耗DC-DC設計尤佳）學歷可以放寬至本科；
2、精通DC-DC拓撲及環(huán)路補償設計；
3、同時有低失調運算放大器設計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
4、熟練掌握相關電路設計軟件，熟悉版圖設計，了解高壓BCD工藝；
5、良好的溝通，工作態(tài)度主動積極，能獨立承擔項目；
6、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；有海外工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
