Job Responsibilities:
1. Participating in defining analog IC specifications, responsible for circuit design and simulation, writing circuit design documents;
2. Responsible for circuit optimization;
3. Assisting layout engineers complete the analog IC layout design;
4. Writing product test specifications and assisting test engineers set up test plans.
Job Requirements:
1. Deep understanding of semiconductor devices and process flows;
2. Good analog circuit design foundation, familiar with analog circuit design flows;
3. 1+ years of experience in analog IC design, excellent fresh graduates also welcomed;
4. Proficient in basic circuits as OPA, BG, AD, DA, etc. and familiar with basic digital circuit and I2C interface design;
5. Skillful at EDA tools as Virtuoso, Spectre, Hspice, etc. and ability to use Mathlab;
6. Experience in power management IC or communication IC design preferred;
7. High sense of team work, working proactively.

崗位職責：
1、參與模擬IC規格制定，負責電路設計和仿真驗證，編寫電路設計文檔；
2、負責線路優化；
3、協助版圖設計工程師完成模擬IC版圖設計；
4、編寫產品測試規范，協助測試工程師制定測試方案。
崗位要求：
1、對半導體器件以及工藝流程有比較深入的了解；
2、具有良好的模擬電路設計基礎，熟悉模擬電路設計流程；
3、1年以上模擬IC設計工作經驗，優秀應屆畢業生亦可考慮；
4、熟練掌握OPA、BG、AD、DA等基本電路；熟悉基本數字電路及I2C接口設計；
5、熟悉Virtuoso, Spectre, Hspice等EDA軟件，能夠使用Mathlab；
6、有電源管理芯片、通信接口IC設計經驗者優先考慮；
7、工作積極主動并且有良好的團隊合作精神。
